About: Why TWOTW ?
Subject: "The World Or The Word": Statement or Question?

My answer is "YES".

Pardon my imagination as it takes a moment to express itself...

Before the beauty of Eden, the first seed of rebellion was planted in the virgin soil of creation. With the freedom to grow as it willed, nourished by self-deception, perfection was forever marred.

Although revealed and restrained, the source of all deception continues to seek its intent; the dominion and destruction of all creation.

Virulent in its nature, it finds new fertile ground. An insignificant blue and green speck, un-noticeable in the vastness of creation, it becomes center stage where the cast take part in a live story about Truth and its counterpart. The question posed is simple, yet of such vital importance that the continued existence of creation itself, hangs in the balance. The heart of the question is allegiance (worship) and who has yours.

When every cast member stands to answer the final query, with whom did they (or rather, you) stand...
The Traditions of Men, or the Bible Scripture, the Word of God?

The World Or The Word
Join us in our mission to discern and share the will of Him who loves all; our God, our Creator, our Savior, and our friend, The Christ, Jesus, as revealed in scripture, His holy word; The Bible.
Let me begin by saying that I think in pictures (or so it seems), and when I first thought of the words (in the context of the conversation at the time), an idea for a video presentation was considered and the above blue box text is what came to mind. I don't know if it is any good, and probably not, but eh?

And we're back, feet firmly on the ground, and you want to know "Why am I (the reader) here"?

Hope. I hope to glorify the Creator and in doing that, serve you. You (I assume) are if anything looking to find something interesting and worthy of your time, or at least not "a waste of my time".

And so it begins...

As I was saying...

Subject: "The World Or The Word": Statement or Question? My answer is still "YES" because it is both a Statement and a Question.

In the name,
every word is chosen with purpose, and with them, a Vision and Mission is to be found. Lets take a brief look at these words and their images.

There are four words (eight letters {d, e, h, o, r, t, and w}, five consonants and two vowels), "the, or, world, word". And now for the imagery...
The
"There are other models, but this is the last model they ever made before finally closing their doors". - Context will identify item(s) being spoken of.
Or "Well, you know Bob, the options are limited. Are you looking for power or for speed"? - It is all about a choice. Context will identify timing.
World "He's got the whole world, in his hands. He's got the whole wide world, in his hands". Context will identify this as all people(s).
Word "In today's political climate, the Mayoral Canidates will have to Choose their words carefully". Context will identify who spoke, what was said, to whom it applies or not, and may even give indaication of a reliability potential.
And with every (good or bad) story title, context informs to the Who, What, When, Where, How, and Why.

Who's in
In this one name, there are three spoken of. There is The World, The Word... and you (the reader). You are "Or". This statement and question is for you. You
are being made aware of a decision that is to be made by all (including you) people (the world). The decision being made will give evidence as to Who they\you, will accept as their\your source of all Truth, every single day, as long as you remain alive.
The
World
This is all man(kind), from all time.
Or This is you, since birth, exercising Freewill.
The
Word
The One God, has One Word, which is known by The World as the Holy Bible. It is the (my) only source by which man(kind) (you and I), can come to know the (our) Lord and Saviour, the Christ Jesus (The Word), and His Plan of Salvation for The World (including you), if they (you) would Choose Him.
What's on the menu
In this one name, are the only canidates (The World and the Word) vying for Sovereignty since the great controversy began on this world [Genesis 3 {KJV}].
Statement: Canidates for leadership are made known. No further options available, end of story. The Time to Choose is NOW.
Question: With little time left, the query, is an appeal. "Which Canidates for leadership will you Choose?" Once all the options are known, a choice will be made. Not choosing is still making a choice. The Time to Choose is now.
Where ya goin'
"Location, Location, Location". Where and what does that mean?
The
World
Desitination: Limited only by imagination.
The
Word
Destination: Scripture tells us that none can know, but we can trust it will be worthy of the test.
How'd he do that
How does he keep getting in?
The
World
Surrender to feelings.
The
Word
Surrender to unvarnished Truth.
Why me a river
Why should I care and what does it matter anyway?
The
World
"Today is just a fantasy and life is but a dream. Enjoy. You, do YOU. Its all good".
The
Word
"Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen". [Matthew 28:20 {KJV}}
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." [John 3:16 {KJV}}
"He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus."  [Revelation 22:20 {KJV}}
